Kier Group is seeking a Design Manager to join its Anglian Water team based in Lincoln / Norfolk. The role oversees the design phase of construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities include design assurance, managing design stakeholders, and delivering design deliverables across non-infrastructure and wastewater projects within the IOS Framework. Lincoln/Norfolk location with 45 hours per week.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience on complex technical projects delivering on time, cost and quality.
• Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills with excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Optimising the engineering assurance process for designs developed by design partners.
• Managing design change and acting as primary contact for technical queries during construction and design phases.
• Collaborating with the client to understand and deliver their specific requirements.
• Ensuring adherence to design quality procedures and the 'right-first time' philosophy.
• Ensuring CDM compliance and managing design-related health and safety risks.
