B&M Retail Limited in the UK is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Evesham store. This hands-on leadership role supports the Store Manager, owns the shop floor, and steps in when the Store Manager is absent to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll lead a team, coach colleagues, and focus on delivering great customer experiences while meeting performance KPIs across sales, standards, and service. Flexibility across days and holidays is essential.
