Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Rainham store to drive sales, lead a high-performing team and keep the store running at its best. This hands-on leadership role works alongside the Store Manager, sharing responsibility and stepping in during their absence.

You'll need a real passion for coaching, customer service and delivering high standards, with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays to support store priorities.
