Job summary

B&M Retail in Evesham is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to drive sales, lead a high‑performing team and keep the store running at its best.

You’ll support the Store Manager, own the shop floor, coach staff, and step in during absences, with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

This hands‑on leadership role is a stepping stone to Store Manager, offering real responsibility and a clear path to career growth.
