Job summary

B&M is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for Linden Park in Royal Tunbridge Wells. This hands-on leadership role supports the Store Manager, takes ownership across the shop floor, and leads the store in their absence. Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential.

You will drive sales, performance and store standards, lead and coach your team, and push KPIs to improve performance, delivering a great customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a fast-paced retail or high turnover environment.
• A hands-on leader who can coach and develop others.
• A passion for coaching and delivering excellent customer service.
• Pride in delivering high standards and a great shopper experience.
• Willingness to be flexible across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
