Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for Linden Park store to support leadership, drive performance and maintain store standards. This hands-on role requires you to lead across the shop floor and step up when the Store Manager is absent.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced retail or high turnover environment, with a strong team spirit and a passion for coaching and delivering a superior customer experience.
