Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Mexborough is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead on-floor performance. This hands-on role requires you to step in during the Store Manager's absence and drive sales, standards and great customer experience.

You’ll coach and motivate a high-performing team, own KPI delivery and be flexible across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays to keep the store running at its best.
