Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support leading a high-performing store across Charlton and surrounding areas. This hands-on leadership role will partner with the Store Manager, own the shop floor, and step in during their absence, rotating across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You'll drive sales, develop people, coach your team and lead KPI-driven improvements while maintaining exceptional customer standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Initially this will be a designate role to cover Charlton and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential for this role.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor, and step up to lead the store in their absence. As a leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential.
