B&M Retail Limited in Rotherham is hiring a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, run the shop floor and lead the team across shifts.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring the ability to coach staff, drive KPIs and maintain high standards of customer experience.

Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential as you step in when the Store Manager is absent and help shape a long‑term retail career.
