Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support a high-performing store in the East London area with potential travel across stores in the region. This hands-on leadership role requires flexible availability across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, coach a capable team and ensure excellent customer experience, aiming for ongoing store improvement and readiness to take charge in the manager’s absence.

Initially this will be a designate role to cover our East London Stores and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential for this role.
