Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Newry is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, own the shop floor, and step in when the Store Manager is away. This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive KPIs and uphold high standards, helping to build a long-term retail career with clear progression to Store Manager.

• Strong team player with the confidence to step up and lead.
• Passion for coaching and developing others.
