Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Tottenham is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support a high-performing store and lead on shop floor operations. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager, cover during their absence, and guide the team to deliver exceptional service.

This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with clear opportunities for progression to Store Manager. Your impact will be in driving sales, standards, and customer experience.
