Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Tottenham store. You’ll support the Store Manager, take ownership of the shop floor, and lead the store in their absence. This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You'll drive sales, performance and standards while coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Be prepared to step in across all areas of the store to ensure optimal operations.
