Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Rainham to support the Store Manager, lead the shop floor, and step in during their absence. The role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and holidays to keep the store running at its best.

You will drive sales, coach the team, and maintain high standards of customer experience while developing people for future Store Manager opportunities within a growing, energy-filled retail business.
