Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Gravesend is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to help drive sales, store standards and performance. You will support the Store Manager, lead on the shop floor and step in when they are absent.

As a hands-on leader, you will coach your team, motivate them to excel, and manage KPI-driven improvements while delivering a great customer experience. This role requires flexibility across days and holidays.
