Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our St. Johns Walk store in Colchester. You will support the Store Manager, own shop floor leadership, and stand in during the Store Manager’s absence. Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, coach, motivate and drive KPIs to improve performance while delivering a great customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Strong team player with the confidence to step up and lead.
