Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Doncaster to support a high-performing store. The role involves covering across stores in the area and traveling as needed, with flexibility for days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, standards and customer experience, lead by example on the shop floor, and step in to run the store in the manager’s absence.

Initially this will be a designate role to cover Doncasterand could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential for this role.
