Job summary

B&M Retail in Dewsbury is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support driving sales, performance and store standards on the shop floor.

This hands-on leadership role requires stepping in for the Store Manager when needed, coaching your team, and maintaining exceptional customer experience with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
