Job summary

B&M Retail Mexborough is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to help drive sales, maintain store standards and lead a high-performing team on shift.

You'll support the Store Manager, own shop floor routines, coach colleagues and step in during the manager's absence to keep the store running smoothly and deliver exceptional customer service. Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential.
