B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Dewsbury store. This hands-on leadership role supports the Store Manager, takes ownership of the shop floor, and leads in their absence. Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential.

You will drive sales, performance and store standards, coach and motivate your team, and look for opportunities to improve KPIs while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Step up to run the store in the Store Manager’s absence


• Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver their best


• Drive KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance
