Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead the centre in the Centre Manager's absence and drive outstanding customer experiences.

You will be trained across all areas of the centre, balancing frontline and back-office duties, while supporting financial performance and service standards in lanes, bar, diner and amusements. The role offers progression to General Manager within 12–18 months and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Management experience within leisure, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Track record of delivering on financial targets and driving sales.
• Experience coaching and developing large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Centre Manager with back-of-house duties and run an exceptional front-of-house operation.
• Be hands-on across all areas of the busy centre to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver financial targets and uphold service standards across lanes, bar, diner and amusements.
• Inspire and develop Team Members to provide outstanding customer experiences.
