Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to be at the centre of the customer and team experience, taking accountability in the absence of the Centre Manager.

In our fast-paced centres you will be trained across all key areas to support operations front and back of house, working to deliver financial targets and service standards.

The role offers development towards General Manager within twelve to eighteen months, a 40-hour contract with extra shifts, staff perks and career progression.

Qualifications

• Management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Proven customer service track record.
• Experience delivering on financial targets and driving sales.
• Experience coaching and developing large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager with back-of-house duties and run front-of-house operations.
• Be hands-on across all areas of the busy centre to ensure exceptional operation.
• Deliver financial targets and service standards in lanes, bar, diner and amusements.
• Inspire the team to provide outstanding service and create memorable experiences for customers.
• Develop a motivating environment with opportunities for rewarding careers.
