Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to be at the heart of our customer and team experience, stepping in for the Centre Manager when needed. The role offers progression to General Manager within 12 to 18 months and comes with a 40-hour contract plus extra shifts.

Qualifications

• Management experience within leisure, hospitality or retail preferred.
• Proven track record delivering on financial targets and customer service excellence.
• Experience coaching and developing large teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Centre Manager with back-of-house duties and front-of-house operations.
• Lead the busy centre to achieve financial targets and high service standards.
• Inspire and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Willing to work nights and weekends as required.
