Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to take accountability for the centre in the Centre Manager's absence. This role is autonomous, fast-paced and focused on delivering excellent customer service across lanes, bar, diner and amusements.

You will be trained across all key areas to support operations and financial targets while developing your leadership capabilities for progression to General Manager within 12 to 18 months.

Qualifications

• Management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passion for customer service.
• Proven ability to hit financial targets and drive sales.
• Experience coaching and developing large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager with back-of-house duties and run front-of-house operations.
• Be hands-on across all areas of a busy centre.
• Help deliver financial targets and service standards in lanes, bar, diner, and amusements.
• Inspire team to provide outstanding service and create memorable experiences.
• Develop rewarding careers by empowering Team Members.
