Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to take accountability for the centre in the Centre Manager's absence. This role offers the pathway to General Manager within 12–18 months and a programme of development through our in-house training and apprenticeships.

You will manage both back-of-house and front-of-house operations, lead a large team, and drive customer satisfaction while meeting financial targets. A supportive environment promotes career growth and rewarding experiences.

Qualifications

• Management experience within leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence.
• Evidence of delivering on sales targets and driving business results.
• Experience coaching and developing large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager with back of house duties.
• Run a high-quality front of house operation across the busy centre.
