Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee the centre in the Manager's absence and drive outstanding customer experiences. You will be trained across core operations, from lanes and diner's service to amusements, ensuring safe, profitable operations.

You will lead teams, manage night and weekend shifts, and participate in our progression programs toward General Manager levels, with a focus on delivering strong financial results and exceptional guest service.

Qualifikationen

• Management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Evidence of delivering on financial targets.
• Passion for customer service.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
