Hollywood Bowl Group is hiring a Deputy Manager to be the centre’s accountable leader in the absence of the Centre Manager. You’ll oversee both back-of-house and front-of-house operations in a fast-paced, family-fun environment.

You will drive financial performance, motivate a large team, and ensure safe, engaging experiences for guests, with opportunities to grow toward General Manager within 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a leisure/retail or hospitality team.
• Proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets.
• Ability to coach large teams and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Manager with back-of-house duties.
• Run an exceptional front-of-house operation daily.
• Deliver financial targets and service standards across lanes, diner and amusements.
• Inspire and coach the team to deliver great customer experiences.
