Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy centre, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations.

You will guide a large team, coach frontline staff, and support the General Manager to meet financial targets while maintaining safety and exceptional standards. A great opportunity to develop within a rapidly growing entertainment business.

Qualifications

• Management experience, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• A passion for customer service.
• Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.
• A willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring the team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Run an exceptional operation front-of-house while supporting the General Manager back-of-house.
• Deliver on centre goals and financial targets with a focus on safety, standards and service.
• Protect the centre to ensure it remains a fun, safe environment for customers.
