Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy centre, driving a high‑level customer experience across lanes, bar/diner and amusements. You’ll receive thorough induction and ongoing development to set you up for success.

You will coach a large team, manage daily operations, and support the General Manager to hit centre targets while maintaining safe, fun environments for guests.

Formación

• Management experience within leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver great customer service.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Motivated, ambitious and results‑driven.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Run an exceptional front‑of‑house operation and support back‑of‑house with centre goals.
• Ensure the centre maintains the highest standards of safety and customer experience.
