Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager for a busy centre in Yeovil. You will be at the heart of customer and team experiences, taking accountability in the General Manager's absence and working towards the General Manager in Waiting programme.

The role spans coaching, hands-on leadership across front and back of house, and delivering targets and standards in a fast-paced environment. Opportunities for growth and development are highlighted throughout the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months experience in a customer-facing management role, ideally in leisure, hospitality or retail.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team on shift.
• Ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers.
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Deliver financial targets and service standards.
• Take accountability for the centre in the General Manager's absence.
