Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd, on behalf of our client, seeks a Deputy Manager in Cheltenham to be the centre’s focal point in the General Manager’s absence. You’ll coach and mentor the team, maintain a safe, enjoyable customer experience, and be hands-on across all centre areas.

The role offers a clear development path to General Manager within twelve to eighteen months in a financially stable business with exciting growth plans and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• a minimum of eighteen months experience in a customer-facing management role ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
• evidence of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales
• a passion for people including experience of coaching and developing your team

Responsibilities

• Taking accountability for the centre in the absence of the General Manager and coaching the team on shift
• ensuring the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers and hands-on across all areas of the busy centre
• supporting the General Manager with back of house duties and running an exceptional front of house operation
• delivering financial targets and service standards
