Salary: £33,664 plus an additional £62.64 per sleep in

Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle are essential in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Be an integral part of the regional leadership team for a group of nine children’s homes, with backing from a growing national organisation. You will be encouraged to be creative, bring your own skills, and influence change.
  • Be supported to gain Level 5 qualifications and develop into future leaders; take on additional responsibilities that give you the confidence to step up to manage the home when needed.
  • Support the organisation’s language of care, positive behaviour support, and reducing restrictive practice. As a member of the region’s leadership team, you’ll help shape and evolve this approach.
  • Support a mix of boys and girls aged 8–18, promote independence and dignity, and ensure the voices of the young people are valued and respected regardless of their method of communication.
  • Work to ensure the team feels supported to be the best version of themselves, contributing to the overall success of the children in our care.

Requirements
