Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Windmill in Windlesham. You will support the General Manager, lead a team, and drive guest satisfaction with a strong focus on service and teamwork.

You will mentor staff, uphold brand standards across Premium Country Pubs, and contribute to a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and enjoy high-quality experiences. This role emphasises leadership and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality or pub environment.
• Strong communication and training skills with a coaching mindset.

• Reliable, punctual and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
