360 Talent London Ltd. is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for a luxury retail boutique in West London. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team on the shop floor and drive sales targets.

The package includes £35,000 basic, 37-40 hours, store commissions, weekly incentives, a £500 annual bonus, pension and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or experienced Supervisor within luxury or premium retail.
• Commercially driven with a strong customer focus.
• Confident leading and motivating a team.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
• Adaptable and open to new ideas and ways of working.
• Comfortable working within a growing business where systems and processes are still developing.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Arabic, Spanish or Italian language skills would be highly advantageous.

DEPUTY MANAGER - LUXURY RETAIL

West London - £35,000 - Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a growing luxury retail business with multiple boutiques across West London, with a new location opening soon.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager who is ready to take the next step in their luxury retail career.

THE ROLE
