The ideal candidate has proven Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager experience in luxury retail, strong people leadership, and a passion for luxury products.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day running of the business.

• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect the luxury brand image.
• Oversee stock management, replenishment and loss prevention procedures.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of team members.
• Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate retail leader to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales performance, and developing a high-performing team within a premium retail environment. With a strong focus on clienteling, service excellence and operational standards, you'll play a key role in ensuring the store consistently exceeds expectations while embodying the brand's luxury values.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the business
• Leading, coaching and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Driving sales performance and maximising commercial opportunities
• Building long-term relationships with clients and delivering a personalised shopping experience

• Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager

The salary is paying up to £38,000
