360 Talent London Ltd. in West London is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a luxury boutique and drive sales while delivering exceptional service. You will coach and develop the team, manage daily operations, and cultivate strong client relationships, including Arabic-speaking patrons, to support VIP and repeat business.

The role requires commercial focus, a passion for luxury retail, and the ability to work in a growing business with evolving processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the boutique.

• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, including a significant Arab-speaking customer base.

STORE MANAGER - LUXURY RETAIL
West London - £40,000 - Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a growing luxury retail business with multiple boutiques across West London, with a new location opening soon.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven and customer-focused Store Manager to take ownership of the boutique, lead and develop a team, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

THE ROLE

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the boutique
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve commercial targets
• Drive sales, KPIs and exceptional customer service
• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, including a significant Arab-speaking customer base
• Support VIP and repeat client development
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback

• Comfortable working in a growing business where processes and systems are still developing
• Open-minded, adaptable and confident bringing forward new ideas
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Arabic, Spanish or Italian language skills would be highly advantageous

PACKAGE

• £40,000 basic salary
