360 Talent is seeking an experienced Store Manager / Deputy Manager for a luxury retail operation in West London. The role may be filled at either level based on experience, focusing on driving sales and delivering outstanding client service.

The successful candidate will lead from the shop floor, motivate the team, and contribute to the growth of a developing business with evolving processes. Fluency in Arabic, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.

Qualificações

• Previous management or supervisory experience within luxury/premium retail.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proven focus on sales and KPIs.
• A genuine passion for client experience and relationship building.
• Confidence leading, motivating and developing a team.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the shop floor.
• Ability to work within a growing business where processes are still developing.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to suggest improvements.
• Arabic, Spanish or Italian language skills would be highly advantageous.

STORE MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER - LUXURY RETAIL

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Store Manager & Deputy Manager to join a growing luxury retail business with multiple boutiques across West London, with a new location opening soon.

We are open to candidates at either level, depending on experience. The successful candidate will play an important role in driving commercial performance, delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting the development of the team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous management or supervisory experience within luxury/premium retail
