Job summary

360 Talent London Ltd. in West London is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our growing luxury retail environment.

You will lead the shop floor, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and support the management team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has senior sales or team leadership experience within luxury retail, strong sales and client relationship skills, and a proactive, adaptable approach.

Qualifications

• Previous Supervisor, Senior Sales Advisor or Team Leader experience within luxury or premium retail.
• Strong sales and customer service background.
• Confident supporting and motivating colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with the day-to-day running of the boutique.
• Lead by example on the shop floor and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Motivate and guide Sales Advisors throughout the day.
• Assist with coaching and developing team members.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Support VIP and repeat client development.
• Assist with stock, operational and administrative duties.
• Help maintain high standards across the boutique.
• Take responsibility for the shop floor and team when required.
• Bring a positive and proactive approach to improving the customer experience.

SUPERVISOR - LUXURY RETAIL

West London - £30,000 - Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join a growing luxury retail business with multiple boutiques across West London, with a new location opening soon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Advisor or Supervisor looking to take on more responsibility within a growing luxury retail environment.

THE ROLE

• Support the management team with the day-to-day running of the boutique
• Lead by example on the shop floor and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Motivate and guide Sales Advisors throughout the day
• Assist with coaching and developing team members
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Support VIP and repeat client development

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Previous Supervisor, Senior Sales Advisor or Team Leader experience within luxury or premium retail
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Commercially aware and motivated by achieving results
• Confident supporting and motivating colleagues
• Warm, personable and passionate about building client relationships
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a growing and evolving business
• Open to new ideas and different ways of working
• Arabic, Spanish or Italian language skills would be highly advantageous

PACKAGE

• £30,000 basic salary
• 37-40 hours per week
