We're recruiting an exceptional Deputy Manager to join a trend-led fashion brand in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and drive commercial results within a flagship store.

The Role

As Deputy Manager, you'll be responsible for leading your department, inspiring your team, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service, visual presentation, and operational excellence. Working closely with the senior management team, you'll play a key role in delivering sales targets while creating an engaging shopping experience for every customer.

About You

You’ll be an experienced retail leader with a passion for fashion and customer experience.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience as a Floor Manager, Department Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role within fashion retail.
• A proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving KPIs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop teams.
• A commercial mindset with confidence making decisions based on trading performance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for fashion, people and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Experience within fashion, premium, lifestyle or trend-led retail is highly desirable.
