As a retail manager, you will play a key role in leading a large and diverse team within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Working closely with the store manager, you will drive exceptional service standards, inspire outstanding team performance and contribute to the delivery of key commercial and operational objectives. You'll lead from the front, coaching and developing your team, conducting regular performance reviews, recognising success and creating a positive, engaging environment where colleagues can do their best work.
This role goes beyond traditional retail management. You'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey, maintaining outstanding visual and operational standards, driving sales performance and building strong relationships with brand partners. You'll regularly analyse performance, communicate business priorities, lead team briefings and identify opportunities to improve both the employee and customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced retail leader with a strong track record of managing large teams and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be passionate about coaching and developing people, naturally collaborative in your approach and confident working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
