Brook Street Social Care , in proud partnership with a respected children's residential care provider in Manchester , is recruiting for experienced and dedicated Deputy Managers to join their compassionate and expanding team.
As a Deputy Manager , you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people with EBD needs in a safe, children centred and structured environment.
You will offer support with a team of residential support workers, ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently delivered while promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in your care.
Lead, support and mentor staff teams throughout the home Support young people in care with day to day duties and independence.
Ensure all safeguarding, compliance, and quality standards are met Support the development and implementation of individual care plans Build trusting relationships with children, families, and professionals
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader ready for the step up within a children's residential provision.
Strong communication and organisational skills A genuine passion for making a difference in young people's lives Ability to work flexibly, including nights, evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts Driver with access to own car
