Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Snowy Owl in Vintage Inns. You’ll support the General Manager in daily operations, mentor your team, and ensure excellent guest experiences with a welcoming, high-energy environment.

You’ll lead by example, train staff, and drive passionate service that makes guests feel valued and eager to return. Astrong focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to high standards.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow guests and encourage repeat visits.
