Job summary

Lane7 Lincoln is seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to help set the pace, lead from the front and drive this large venue to its full potential. You’ll oversee performance, culture and the guest experience across multi-revenue streams, setting standards and building a strong leadership team.

You’ll manage daily operations, train and develop staff, control costs, and ensure service levels are consistently exceptional.

Qualifications

• Experience in leisure, hospitality or F&B environments.
• Ability to lead by example and supervise a team.
• Excellent communication and guest-focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in all areas of the venue and drive daily decisions to increase sales and control costs.
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the venue, including staff training, development and performance management.
• Be fully accountable for processes from daily transactions to inventory management.
• Lead across gaming, food, beverage, events and labour while maintaining high standards of operation.
• Ensure positive guest service and turn around dissatisfied guests into return visitors.
• Foster a team-focused environment and motivate staff to deliver outstanding experiences.
