Job summary

Lane7 Leeds is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive performance, culture and guest experience across the venue. You’ll lead from the front, build a strong leadership team and deliver exceptional service across multiple revenue streams.

The role requires proven management experience in leisure or hospitality, with a hands-on, inspiring leadership style and a passion for guest satisfaction. The package includes £34,000 per year, 28 days holiday and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Experience managing in leisure, hospitality or F&B.
• Ability to lead by example and supervise a team.
• Inspire and motivate staff to deliver great guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive guest service; handle complaints or escalate when needed.
• Manage shifts across the venue throughout operations.
• Adhere to standards to increase sales and control costs (beverage, supply, labour).
• Participate in operations across gaming, food, beverage, events, sport and labour.
• Foster a team-focused environment and motivate staff.
