Lane7 Leeds is hiring an Assistant Manager to drive performance, culture and guest experience at a large venue. You will lead from the front, set high standards, build a strong leadership team and oversee multiple revenue streams.

You will manage shifts, uphold service levels, help reduce costs, and actively participate across gaming, food, beverage and events. A positive, proactive leader who can motivate staff will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Management experience in leisure, hospitality, or F&B required.
• Lead by example and supervise a team daily.
• Inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities
