Job summary

Lane7 is seeking a Duty Manager in Lincoln to lead guest experiences and manage shifts at our venue. You’ll supervise team members, ensure smooth check-ins, craft memorable service, and maintain a high-energy, immersive environment aligned with Lane7’s brand standards.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in hospitality or leisure management, flexibility with shifts and the ability to commute to the venue. 16 hours per week with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisor/management experience in the hospitality or leisure sector.

Responsibilities

• Ensure our guest journey is immaculate from start to finish.
• You’re the port of call for our guests, whether checking them in, crafting cocktails, or clearing tables.
• Ensure guests are enjoying a fully immersive experience.
• Represent the Lane7 brand and contribute to a vibrant atmosphere.
• Lead shifts and brief the team for the shift ahead.
• Monitor health and safety and food handling policies and escalate issues when needed.
