You'll lead from the front, build a strong leadership team and deliver consistent service standards, while managing costs and staff development to ensure a thriving, high-energy venue.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional nights out.

Qualifications

• Management experience in leisure, hospitality or F&B sectors.
• Ability to lead by example and supervise a team on a daily basis.
• Inspiring and motivating teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with General Manager to lead the venue and make operational decisions.
• Manage daily operation, staff development and performance.
• Ensure standards, optimise costs, beverage supply, labour and P&L.
