Job summary

Lane7 is seeking a Deputy General Manager for the Lincoln venue to lead daily operations, drive performance and uphold exceptional guest experiences across all revenue streams. You will work closely with the General Manager to build a strong leadership team and set high standards of operation.

This role requires hands-on leadership in leisure/hospitality with a positive, proactive approach and superb communication.

Qualifications

• Management experience in leisure, hospitality or F&B.
• Deputy General Manager capable of leading a team.
• Inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Excellent communicator with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Be capable of maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in all site operations and performance.
• Lead and develop the leadership team and staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience across multiple revenue streams.
• Oversee daily venue operations, training and performance management.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and service levels.
• Handle guest complaints and turn dissatisfied guests into return visitors.
