Overview

Responsibilities
  • Support the Director in strategic leadership and operational management across all Estates functions.
  • Accountable for Maintenance, Capital Projects, Energy Management, and Digital Integration.
  • Integrate innovative digital technologies into estate operations.
  • Prioritise and provide exceptional customer service within budget.
  • Engage stakeholders and lead diverse operational teams and outsourced contracts.
