Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead on shift, take accountability in the General Manager's absence, and drive a high-quality customer and team experience at our high-energy centre.

You will be trained across all areas, coaching your team, ensuring a safe, vibrant environment, and supporting back-of-house as well as front-of-house operations as part of a robust development path toward General Manager in Waiting.

Qualifications

• 18+ months experience in a customer-facing management role within leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Evidence of delivering on financial targets and driving sales.
• Passion for people with coaching and development experience.
• Fanatical about customer service.
• Ambition for success.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor team on shift to drive performance.
• Ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers.
• Be hands-on across all areas of the busy centre.
• Support General Manager with back-of-house duties and front-of-house operations.
• Help deliver financial targets and service standards.
